Revolution Money Exchange - New Paypal?

i came across this payment option thru the website of revolution moneyexchange nad it says that this is the new type of paypal style..i try to sign up but the account was limited to US. Anybody knows about this? care to share some info? Maybe it sucks like paypal also....

It seems that RME is in Beta. It will ask for your Social Security Number in order to check your credit status, so it is probably only available for American citizens. I suggest that you read the articles, particularly the second one. Bear in mind that they were written a year ago (and I don't think that the $25 bonus is available any longer). Caution is always required when signing up for any fairly new scheme. It seems that they may not have adequate rules in place yet to protect their customers from fraudulent transactions. This doesn't mean that RME itself is fraudulent, just that in any transaction between two individuals, there can always be a chance of fraud. PayPal have mechanisms in place to protect customers against that to a certain extent.

I got my $35. lol But I haven't heard of this payment site being used by anybody since they started up.
