Late last night on the way home from a burger run, my Hubby Russ, saw this little man in the middle of I35. Russ saved him from the whooshing cars and brought him home. My surprise! a burger and a pet! We got some kitten formula from the vets this a.m. He seems to be doing well on it and I hope he grows up to be a good cat. I have had one cat from 18 years and he passed about 3 years ago. Sometimes I think and (do you?) that our pets find us and not the other way around?

Oh my, on such a busy area too! He must have been scared out of his wits and be very bewildered to be caught in the middle of such a dangerous and animal frightening place. So glad your hubby was bla eo get out and pick him up. I wonder if he jumped out of a car window accidentally. Have you checked any pet search places? Well, glad he found you and you found him. Much happiness is on the way, right? :o)

We have a simular situation. My girlfriend's daughter found this little dog in a yard. His owners had made him a cardboard doghouse and took off to another state. We think he might have been abused. He's terribly spoiled now.

;Well some people believe that groups of souls travel through lives together, so who says they have to just be people souls? Our animals have certainly had a hand in our relationships.

How wonderful to rescue a little kitty like that. He is lucky to have you folks for a family. We have a rescue cat, too. I saved her from some dogs that were trying to eat her a few years back. She's still with us and is by far our wildest cat but we wouldn't be without her. :-)
