We all might start really low at our work; but that is how we learn from the scratch. We start doing the lowest level from our work, then we pick it up from there. After we gain more experience, we can do a better job on other area, to the higher level. Don't we all follow these process?

It is not a problem for me if I have to learn from the lowest level. In fact I did take instructions from people younger than I am. Unfortunately many of us do have certain hang ups when it comes to starting from the lowest level. This should not be the case, especially in the present economic climate. Many of us seem to forget that having paper qualifications does not automatically make us better in completing a task. IF we look at it carefully at least at one point in our life we started from the bottom. So it is a natural process for the majority. all the best, rosdimy
