On a hot summer day what do you do to cool yourself?

Its terribly hot out here in chandigarh and I am sweating like anything and to cool myself i just had had a shower and then A large chunk of Watermelon, it cools me down!

i would like to go for a swim for jus relaxing in a place where I can get shade and fresh air...

swimming on a hot summer day is it good you may get sun burns, better sit in shade or a.c.

i also eat watermelon and drink cool drinks and fruit juices to cool me in summer. those cools me in india. i will be in AC room only more time ,in summer ,as power is free to us .
