How often do you defragment your computer?

Computers need defragmentation and i do it every sunday using some new free to use defragmentor and its very essential to do so otherwise it gets slow

I think once a week is enough for me, the thing that might really be slowing down your comp are malwares. Pick a good internet security like norton 2009 and you'll never have to worry about your computer slowing down. But defragging your comp more than once a week is really over doing it.

I defrag when I think about it or if I think my computer is getting slower. I don't do it more because I'm always on my computer and it takes so long. So when I do it, it's usually before I go to bed.

it slows down a bit then its ok and fine while going to bed the rest work it does itself nice technique

It is a really excellent idea to defragment so the computer runs faster or at least it doesn't slow down. I usually analyze my disk first before I decide to defragmnet and most times it tells me I don't need to because it is not too fragmented.

Uh, not very often. I still need to get an anti-virus program. I think my comp needs it right now-it's growing at me lol!

I defragment my pc about 3 times a week, and clean the registry about 5 times a week.

I always talk to my friend and he's checks it out for me we always do it when ever it's slow or something isn't working right we check out why most of the time it's on a Sunday as well, cd

Hmm at least once a month, it depends really. If I feel like the computer slowed down, I defrag it. But if not, then at least once a month. Just to make things safe and clean.

i only defrag my computer when the files are more framented than the organize one, that's when i defragment it, happy myLotting.

i did defrgment my computer every week, before i almost done that every day. Then i realize that it is not that very useful to do very often. Starting this year i almost forget the last time i defrag my computer.
