My nephew was electrocute about 2 weeks ago while working on a highline. He has since had his right arm amputated, the left arm is still questionable, he is on dialysis, and he many other major concerns. I am wondering what we can do to make sure his livelihood is protected. We do not want him to be taken advantage of by the insurance company or his employer. Any advice would be helpful and welcomed.

I am very very sorry to hear of your nephew's accident. My niece's Husband does the same work, and I have been concerned for his safety. I think you should probally seek legal help from someone who handles only injury cases. I will pray for your loved one, as I am sure many of us here on mylot will. Stay strong your nephew will need alot of help. God Bless you and yours.
