Exercises to slim thighs and calves

Well, was "wrestling" with my mum just awhile ago and she commented that i have slim fingers and if only my thighs were just as slim. SOO reality check.. *ding* time to lose weight!!! now besides going on a diet and all, is there any exercise to slim down my thighs and calves. I realize i have quite huge calves.

i too am slim except for those thighs and calves,i think this exercise would help,Seated Butterfly: Inner Thigh Exercise. Starting Position: Sit on an exercise matt with your back straight. Movement: Bring the soles of your feet together and pull them in as close to your body as you can. Allow your hands to rest on your feet or to apply light pressure to your thighs. Hold this position for thirty seconds. Hold this position for 10 seconds. You will find this most effective if you gently push your knees down using your hands, be careful not to push too much.

hmmm, good question, i think walking tones them but sif they are large becuase they are muscualr then that wouldnt really help, same as cycling. Have you got time to join a gym or the money for a personal trainer? If you have dit might be worth joining a gym or getting a personal trainer. i hope this helps!! =D
