No, He is not. Idiots are not elected as Presidents twice by the people of any nation.

Yeah, they are if we have idiots voting. What president has a 33 percent approval rating? Or had a C average in college. I'm sorry but a president should be above average intelligence but sadly he doesn't even make the average mark.
