when you get angry,what are you going to do? It is said that some women will choose to eat snacks constantly and go shopping as mad as a hatter when they are offended! what about you? Let us share your way,ok?

i'd like to read books, i believe every thing can be found in books adn we can get different voices.then calm down myself to think what's wrong with myself. if i'm wrong, i should not angry with myself.if it's others fault,why feel me sad,just try to think happier things.

I try to figure out why I am angry. Sometimes what I think I am amgry about is not the real reson for why I did so. After I determine why I am angry, I try to understand what all my options are for changing the situation that I reacted in anger. I will prioritize them by the likely hood of their helping to relieve my anger. So I will set out to try to do all I can do to change the situation, and also to dispel the physical aspect of the effects of the anger.
