I think a private elementary school is better than public elementary... But when it comes to high school, I think there are more competitive teachers and competitive students in public high schools than private high schools.. well, if you're asking me about the future of your child's education, it depends on how disciplined your child is.. With this case, I prefer a public high school because most of the teachers are cumlaude graduate and had taken their master's degree in prestigious universities.. My teacher in chemistry in high school is better than my chemistry teacher in college who is a chemical engr..

In my own opinion maybe the early years of a child should be spent in a private schools because admit it or not, despite the high tuition, private schools have low teacher to students ratio so there's a high possibility that your child's performance is well observed by the teacher. plus these are the critical stage in a child's life that's why he should really be taken care of. in most public elementary schools most students come from different places and each classroom is very crowded so your child might suffer his learning focus. but in later years maybe enrolling him to a public school would be okay since the pros is that it increases his maturity and independence in dealing with different kinds of people. but the point is either way, still I believe the most important thing is how you discipline your child and observe his performance at school and at home.

Ever since the open policy and reform of our country in the early eighties, there have been more and more private kindergartens, primary and high schools, colleges in almost every corner of the country. I think that it is a good idea to have private one to compete with the public ones. This way, it makes the quality of school-running better. As to which is a better one, a private one or a public one, I think that it all depends on the location, the quality of the schools you know about because you need to make some practical investigation about your local schools before you can tell which is better. But there is one thing that needs to be mentioned about. It is more expensive to study at a private one because the privately-owned school has to make its own money to pay for its teachers, so different from public ones. I wish you had made a decision as your kid is now at school. I got to know this from one of your previous discussions that June is a month for a new semester.... Happy parenting, friend.

this is just my own opinion , my daughter study in private school when she is 4 years old , when she was kindergarden , i let her study in public school when she was 7 years old, when she is in primary school , the reason is because the school is near my house , it is easier for me to bring her to school , i think the travelling distance is more important when chosing a school.

Ya, i agree with you. I have studied in the private school. IN public school teachers will not teach quite well. but in the private they are responsible for their students activites this may make them to teach well. so really private school is much much better than the public school.
