How do you work out everyday to keep fit and toned?

i was just wondering how people work out everyday to keep fit and toned. is 30 minutes everyday enough?

YOu can do it in 30 minutes a day, but you have to do the right things. I have been doing Jillian Michales 30 day shred and I love it, it is a great mixture of strength, cardio and abs. It has done wonders for me and I truly do recommend it to anyone that is trying to not only lose but ton up.

I read in a health book 30 minutes of aerobic exercise a day is good enough to stay fit. I also read that you can take 3 10 minute walks per day & it is good enough, but I really don't know for sure this is just an article that I read in a health magazine, Prevention was the name of the health magazine. I wished I really knew for sure myself. I exercised all the time when I was a lot younger. I have an injured shoulder & now the pain is so bad I can hardly do anything for it hurts so very badly. I know it does not involve my legs but I can't take my mind off the pain. I take pain killers but that makes me want to nap, so I can't win for losing. I hope someone can give a few pointers from experience. It was a lot easier to stay fit when I was young, LMAO!!! Those youthful hormones & metabolism, I miss them so bad!!!
