It is not surprising to me. If USA, Russia, China, India, Pakistan can have Nuclear
arms then where is the harm North Korea to be a Nuclear powered nation. First USA and Russia should come forward to destroy nuclear arms.After then they can ask others to follow their action. So long China will be with North Korea USA can do nothing.
