How much religious one shld be?

How much religious one shld be? I'm very religious minded. used to pray regularly.pray when i'm feel happy &,when i'm feel sad. I used to pray for others health etc. so what do u all think prayers is essntial or not?

yes,please continue. why would you quiestion that. has it not ben a blessing for you? did you stop loving God? just go out and have some fun,and continue praying.
