Why can't I access Helium.com ?

Hi , I am from Indai and I signed up at Helium as an Indian itself. After first month my account Balance was $19.67 and now I can't access the website. It says " Readers from all countries are welcomed to read and rate our revie. But we regret to accept reviews from some countries..... We'll have foriegn versions soon..." and other things. I contacted the support asking about my money... They haven't yet replied. what's going on...Anyone had the same problem
