should we be chillily?

In order to get a good deal when shopping off line,should people be chillily in the items that we interested?Is it the same with when some people catch your eyes,and you ignore him or her,just want to get their attention?Is it funny thing?

chillily is a adv,that is show non-interested in something.Can you understand?Maybe I am in poor English.I can not express it well,sorry,friend.

Maybe different people have different deal way,well friend,if i meet some items that i am really like but the price is out of my expect,i will drive a bargain,ummm...what i mean is drive a bargain at an online store,for example elinestore com,they could accept their customer drive a bargain with them,but you should call online customer service first...lol
