Lately, I enjoy dining out with some friends of mine. We are more like a gourmet with free soul. We go through many places to try different cultural food. I went to Korean town, we try the Korean BBQ style. They are delicious, and fill our stomache full, with great service the same time. I also go to Malaysian cuisine. They mainly serve curry and many others similar to Chinese style. Vietnamese has some great traditional cuisine too. Such as Pho, the beef noodle soup, and the Chopped rice dishes are also delicious. One of my favorite is Thai cuisine. They serve spicy meals, including noodles, curry dishes, and some great appetizers. I enjoy it the most, and get addicted to it. So, what is your favorite cultural cuisines?

My favorite is Beef Rendang from Indonesia. Rendang is made from beef that is slowly cooked in coconut sauce and spices for several hours until the liquid is gone, and allowing the meat to absorb the spicy condiments. The spices may include ginger, galangal, turmeric leaf, lemon grass, chillies. It's very delicious :)
