can i use a virtual credit card or vcc to get paypal verified?

ya surely u can use it exactly i verified my paypal through VCC itself by purchasing it from my friend it cost me 10$ but no issue now i have verified paypal and exactly i don't face any problem by using it... so u can easily use it for verification...!!

Yes you may use the EON Union bank card to get your account Verified but for other countries it is not advisable because not all the time will the system let you use it unless PayPal tells you so. I have worked with PayPal for the past 3 years and so I know that EON can definitely be used for PayPal Philippines.

Yup you can use VCC to verify your paypal account. Do it at your own risk. If you want you paypal be verified and you want to withdraw right away your funds in you paypal account. Then you can use VCC. But its very risky. I see your from philippines. There are seller many pinoy and pinay seller. If you like i can give you the site. But there VCC is only for verifying you Paypal account. If you use it in purchasing its very risky. You can get ban. I dont encourage you to get a Virtual Credit Card.
