Do you sleep naked?

I heard it is good for health because the body can get more fresh air.I have tried once but I felt quite uncomfortable,maybe it is because of my habit,I just dont used to it!

No, I don't sleep naked. I find that I sleep a lot better in my pyjamas. I tried sleeping naked, and for some reason, I just didn't really feel all that comfortable. I'm not sure why, but I didn't. I feel a lot more comfortable sleeping in pyjamas.

I dont always sleep naked.. but sometimes I do. If its not cold.. i like to.. but my daughter has a habbit of climbing into bed with me... so... anymore I have at least a night shirt on.

I do all the time and have for alone time! I can't bet it! It is very comfortable! I also don't get tangled up in any clothes if I wore them! I wore pj's and night gowns growing up and I was always trying to straighten them out! I hated that! Sleeping nake is the way to go!

I sleep naked and i sleep alot better,but if i have anyone stay with us i always wear a night shirt just incase i have to get up to the children or the loo.I find it alot more comfortable and relaxing with nothing on my skin other than the quilt.I just hope there is never a fire as that would be the only time i would want to be sleeping with something on me.

I tend to sleep naked in the summer time. Yes its quite relaxing and very comfortable. That is one of the reasons I love the summer so much! Winter time its flannels and socks. LOL LOL LOL
