Its the back waters which delight me the most, but Keralas equable climate and natrual abundance of forests, with wealth of herbs and medicinal plants makes it an excellent tourist attraction. Since it is best suited for natrupathy or aurveda's curative resonace, its is the most haunted destination in India.

Equable climate you say.. A week ago it was as hot as hell here in kerala and now all of a sudden the monsoon has begun. Kerala is a state of unpredictability and change. Thats the best part of kerala

Ayurveda is so famous in India 5,000 years ago. Make the body feel good and healing itself due to the best oil in the land of India. Accompany with full body massage is great. In Japan, Thailand and Philippines are lots of massage spa. It makes our body energies over the stress. I love it!

Ayurveda is completely Indian treatment method. I don't know why people of Europe and America neglects this method. It seems a great example for alternative treatment but it worths to try. This is one of my favourite articles about Ayurveda. http://healthmad.com/alternative/ayurveda-2/
