This past Saturday my wife, daughter, 4 grandkids and myself went to the C00n Rapids Dam Regional park for some hiking and what not. On the dams wall a yopung couple (20's) was standing oddly. She was trying to hide her male friend from view. As I got nearer I noticed his pants were ripped from waist to waist. From the front seam to the back seam. A huge gaping expose. He turned beet red as I neared him asking what had happened. He triede climbing the wall to have his photo taken closer to the rushing water over the damn and caught his pants on the fence. Too funny actually. The worst part for him as well as me was that I laughed like the bully in the Simpsons Cartoon. "HAH HAH!" pointing at his pants. But he did laugh over the embarrasing situation when I did that. What was the last thing you saw that embarressed someone in public? HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB!!~

That is so funny! I had a good laugh reading this. I don't remember the last thing I saw, but I'm always embarrassing myself. Last summer I went hiking at Hocking Hills State Park with my boys. The trail has many areas with wet, slippery rocks. I'm so afraid of falling and breaking something, that I would be extra careful, and the boys were holding my hand and helping my over the rough spots, which was nice, but I felt like I was 90 something. Also, I was holding up the people behind us on the trail, who were much more capable. After that experience, I've decided to stick to much easier trails.

It seems like people are often embarrassed by their kids, even when they do not need to be. I do not remember any specific embarrassment though.

I would laugh too if I was at the same situation. Though I fully understand and could even empathize with what the guy felt, I still won't be able to help myself and laugh. Big time! LOL! Anyway, I remember this incident wherein one sexy lady was walking in 3-inch heels and sexy dress. I think she knows that we are looking at her and I guess feeling good about herself, she walked on with hips overly swaying. Ehrn we reached the ramp going down, she was ahead of us for about 3meters... then she tripped. I felt pity for her but it was just sooo funny. I tried soooo hard not to laugh but I think I would be sick if I didn't. She just looks so funny. She just got up and walked some more...but with lesser say this time. Then another incident with one of our sales personnel. He came to our meeting with part of his eyebrow shaved. LOL! I told him to shave all his eyebrow off. His sister shaved his eyebrow while he was sleeping to get back at him for cutting a part of her hair while she was sleeping. Some people really..just have nothing better to do. LOL!

probably the m&m bath kid at walmart. the mother'd turned her back for one second (all it takes)and her kid had managed to open one of those giant size m&m bags, poured it on herself, and all over the aisle. the kid had fun,but the mom looked horrified. i don't think walmart made her pay for it..was probably the funniest thing they'd seen all day.

Hello Grandpa Bob. It is really embarrassing of the young man to have his pants ripped, especially when he was caught sight of by you. hehehe. Well, there was one time when I was at a city bus, I saw a middle-aged man standing in the bus without having his zipper zipped up. He was standing next to me while I was sitting. I thought that I must tell him about it so that he would look good. I felt embarrassed when I saw him this way in public. But I am glad that I told him about it for him to watch his public image.
