I was writing my online blog and came across this: 6 Things To Never Say To a Girl: 1). Are you okay? 2). Is it that time of the month? 3). Are you really going to wear that? 4). I was going to call you... 5). Your friend is pretty. 6). Mean things about her mother. 6 Things To Never Say To A Guy: 1). Your friend is hot. 2). You look like your dad. 3). Oh, that's your car? 4). Are you happy to see me or... 5). Cut your nails. 6). Why didn't you call me?! Do you agree? Have you ever said that to your loved ones before and get some response???

Yes, i agree that "I was going to call you but..." will irritate me! And I don't like my boyfriend to say "are you a bit too fat" ,although he says he is joking! God, i am just about 50kg and 158cm, not too fat right?

More things never to say to a girl... 1. Isn't someone getting fat honey ? 2. I don't think you can do that. 3. She messaged last night, didn't she tell you ? 4. Your sister looks so beautiful (just a compliment)... Ya i guess most of your statements are right, made me smile at each line... LOL

You are right there are some things which we should not say, but I don't agree with all of them or I don't know what is wrong in using those words. If you know why it is worng, please help me. 1) I always say my husband he looks like is father. What is wrong? 2) I appreciate if my friend asks me 'Are you okay'? I agree with the rest of the things.

I am a girl but numbers 1 to 4 are okay with me if a guy asked me that, especially my boyfriend. But numbers 5 and 6 are not okay with me. It is a good thing my boyfriend had never asked me those two questions. I have told/asked my boyfriend questions 1,4, and 6. As for the rest of the questions, I have never said or asked them yet. Yes, he got pissed off with question no.1 and I never repeated that again. With numbers 4 and 6, it was alright with him and he just simply answered my question.

Lol, my boyfriend has asked me on numerous occasions ''are you ok?'' when I'm clearly not. This has to be the most annoying thing ever but i always just simply answer yes. And he has also said is it that time of the month, he does be joking lol but he is always right. If he said any of the other things he would definatley be in for a fight! The only things there that I have said to him are why didn't you call me when hes about ten minutes late to pick me up

hey, so most of the people in love have the same things to say... Even my gf gets irritated when I ask her, "Is it ok ?" She's like, " If it wasn't, do you think I'd be letting you do it ?" . Well let me tell you, we men don't tell you that we are gonna be 10 mins late hoping you girls be a bit more than 10 mins late and we say "Hey, what took you so long ???"

I would agree to everything except "are you okay?". I mean why shouldn't i ask that question when i am concerned about her? I can't just look at her and do nothing right? I should ask at least if she's doing fine or feeling something. It's not like i know what she feels all the time right? And it's not all the time that she would tell.

You are right.Sometimes,in a loose conversation we all tend to make some unintentional comments which lead to a misunderstanding.Even to a break in relationship. We have to watch our words.Because we can't get back our words.Cheers!

That's right! Sometimes we might be just joking, but the other side gets the wrong meaning could be a problem.

I don't know about all of these, some I can see why you wouldn't want to say them to a woman or a man. Yet some of them are just normal things like, "are you ok" That would depend on the context that it was asked. Also with a relationship you would want to base it on truth so if those things came up then you know how to respond, like I don't like it when you say things like that to me, thats called communication. Is there really a right way or wrong way to talk with someone or is it more of how it is taken by each with each circumstance? Then communicat how you feel, so the other may understand who you are more clearly.
