IS Captain Smith of Titanic Still Alive?

We all know "titanic" had sunk on April 15th, 1912 boz of unfortunate
hit on iceberg.
but i read some source on internet that on August 9th, 1991,
387 kilometers from the southwest of iceland, a european scientific ocean ship found a man sit on iceberg and he was the captain of titanic, smith.
He was saved and taken to Oslo. and was thought normal phsically and psychologically
after the check of psychologist.
finally the saved man was fonfirmed he is truly captain smith of titanic,
he was more than 140......etc..
but smith always thinks the titanic sink just happen yesterday, not 80 years ago~
is above story true and believable?
