Is it important to you to get mark as best for your response?

Whenever IO reply to a discussion I never wait for a best response but I just write down what I have to say to make the person feel better and reply to his/her question. When I get emails that my responses have been marked best one then I am obviously happy because I believe that the person was also happy to read it. To be on mylot is enough for me, I have fun here and I learn everyday so I don't wait for best response to be very happy everyday. I always bear in mind that the question has been answered and to comment again and again if it is necessary for me.

Not exactly!! Its about 5 days I have joined this site and my responses haven't been marked as best ones! It all hardly matters to me. What I like is, the sharing of opinions, that is, right to speech!! There are so many interesting discussions here and plethora of categories. I just keep posting my responses without caring for whether it will be the "best" one!

Well, from time to time I have been lucky enough to earn a Best Response and it is nice, but for me I just come in here and post from time to time as I can and if someone decides to choose one of my responses as the Best Response then that is Great. If not, that is OK too. Personally I am here for the Fun, to meet others from all over the world, and share in my thoughts as well.

For me personally, a best response mark can increase our rating here. Although we don't know how actually the rating system works, but i think the more best responses we have, it's good for us. Perhaps for tasks, if we received many best responses, i think the more tasks we'll have. However a 'best' mark is good for reputation. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.
