Cheese Blintz

I made cheese blintz this morning. They were so good. I just looked up cheese blintz like ihop and found a recipe. It was so easy and really good. What types of recipes do you like to make?

I love to cook and I prefer recipes that are easy to make so that I can finish it fast and then eat it. =D

I learned how to make rice crispy treats once. They were sooo good and gooey and much better than the ones u can buy. But cheese blintz? i need to make some!
