Hello ... You can make your mouth the cleanest part of your body or the dirtiest part ... it depends on how much you care about cleaning it ... some people don't wash their mouths at all ... while others wash their mouths regularly ... I wash my teeth 2 times every day (once on the morning and the second before sleeping) and used to eat gum so it keeps them clean with nice odor ... what about you ... how often do you clean your teeth ???

I clean my teeth twice a day. Once in the morning and at night after I eat. I also gargle with a mouthwash in the morning and at night.

Most dentists recommend brushing after eating. That means after meals and after snacks. After all, the purpose of brushing is to prevent tooth decay.

I brush my teeth twice per day as most of others. I believe people need at least brush their teeth twice per day - maybe three times is better if enough condition could be provided.

When I was growing up, my parents trooped us into the bathroom every nice to brush our teeth before bed. This was my habit. But, when I was in the Air Force there where not enough sinks for 40 girls to brush their teeth either morning or night. I chewed on a toothbrush in the shower and bought those 'candy' looking things that are supposed to clean your teeth as you suck on them. I ended up getting even more lack when my gums started to bleed during my first pregnancy. I have recently found out that bad gums run in my family. So, even though I have naturally straight and healthy teeth (not a cavity amongst them) I may end up losing my teeth at a young age anyhow because of the bad gums. So, now I'm working on taking care of them again.

I wash my teeth three times a day, before going out in the morning after luncha and after dinner. I do this regularly and I get used to it.I even have a mouth wash to rinse my mouth and kills bacteria. I feel I am totally clean when my mouth is clean too and also the teeth.

Hello 3orabi! I brush my teeth at least twice a day. But if I can brush my teeth three times a day, I would definitely be very happy. It is important to brush our teeth regularly. It's one way of taking care of our teeth and overall hygiene.

Normally I brush my teeth twice a day. I also rinse my teeth with water after every meal. I use tooth picks and dental floss regularly. I use mouthwash routinely but not everyday. Mouthwash is too abrasiveness and makes my mouth go numb for awhile.

I think good oral hygiene also consider good diet and a health stomach toothpaste and other formulated gargle wash just last for about minutes, its just a false TV commercial for its was recommended by dentist or no.1 brand, well if you used it, they are not expected to be the one we expecting for, so just make sure that you have no illness from internal to prevent disgusting odor from our mouth

How to Brush – Teeth Brushing Techniques
What Is the Right Way to Brush?
Proper brushing takes at least two minutes — that's right, 120 seconds! Most adults do not come close to brushing that long. To get a feel for the time involved, try using a stopwatch. To properly brush your teeth, use short, gentle strokes, paying extra attention to the gumline, hard-to-reach back teeth and areas around fillings, crowns or other restoration. Concentrate on thoroughly cleaning each section as follows:

Clean the outer surfaces of your upper teeth, then your lower teeth
Clean the inner surfaces of your upper teeth, then your lower teeth
Clean the chewing surfaces too

What Type of Toothbrush Should I Use?
Most dental professionals agree that a soft-bristled brush is best for removing plaque and debris from your teeth. Small-headed brushes are also preferable, since they can better reach all areas of the mouth, including hard-to-reach back teeth. For many, a powered toothbrush is a good alternative. It can do a better job of cleaning teeth, particularly for those who have difficulty brushing or who have limited manual dexterity. To find the right Colgate toothbrush for you, click here.
How Important is the Toothpaste I Use?
It is important that you use a toothpaste that's right for you. Today there is a wide variety of toothpaste designed for many conditions, including cavities, gingivitis, tartar, stained teeth and sensitivity. Ask your dentist or dental hygienist which toothpaste is right for you. To find the right Colgate toothpaste for you, click here.
How Often Should I Replace My Toothbrush?
You should replace your toothbrush when it begins to show wear, or every three months, whichever comes first. It is also very important to change toothbrushes after you've had a cold, since the bristles can collect germs that can lead to reinfection.

For fresher breath, be sure to brush your tongue, too
i brush my teeth up to three times a day. however, since brushing teeth is a neglected topic to learn i'd like to share with you a research. please see link of photo uploaded .

Ha, I find it cute that you say "wash your teeth". I brush my teeth 2 times a day, in the morning and at night, usually depending on what i ate, i will brush my teeth before work (around 6pm), or before going out! I also use Crest White Strips premium and they work really well! I also think more people need to start flossing, because it is really easy to get cavities in between your teeth, i use these flossing "sticks" with a toothpick on one side and a piece of floss on the other, and they work really well! I hope everyone takes care of themselves!

I brush my teeth twice a day, most days, unless I get lazy on certain days. As you do, I do it first thing in the morning and last thing before I go to bed at night. I used to do it just once in the morning, but had to have my gums deep cleaned not to long ago and decided that it was time I took better care of my mouth, so started to also brush before going to bed at night.

if i am home, i try to brush my teeth every time i eat, but if i'm on the road, after i eat i will find a rest room and rinse my mouth, chew a piece of gum, that should keep me until i get home and brush them. and before i go to sleep, i have seen too many articles showing what germs do to teeth, while you are sleeping, if you don't get all the food out before you go to sleep.

Brushing your teeth every time after you eat is a no no. Dentist tell me that it wont last long if you over clean your teeth. I usually brush my teeth when i feel i need to, not because i ate its because im feeling too much tartar or i going to have a bad breath. Sometimes i dont brush my teeth in 2 consecutives day or more. Dont worry im not bad breath, lol.

I BRUSH my teeth at least twice a day. Once in the morning before work or going out and then once before bed. If I have plans on a night then I will brush my teeth before my plans that night. But I usually brush at least twice a day. I also use mouthwash to protect my teeth as well. Make sure that if you are chewing gum that you chew the sugarless gum. It is better for your teeth.
