Did you do some exercises today?

Well,i didn't. As soon as i got up this morning, i just sat in front of my laptop ,you know,i can sit here all day long.But there a problem is that this is a awful habit. So ,i have been considering recently maybe i should exercise for a while everyday to prevent myself from the computer harm. But so far,i still have not put it in practice.Alas,making a decision is easy,but it always not so easy to do it. What is your story about this,friends?Did you do some exercises today?If not,are you planning do some exercises everyday?Thank you for sharing with us.

I should say , yes , I did. The weather was so nice , bright and sunney today, perfect for going out-doors. So, I went out for jogging in the park. There were many people like me too , taking advantage of the weather !

Hi,good for you .If only i could jog every morning,then how nice it would be. Acutually ,i have been trying to cultivate the habit recently.Just hope i can stick it all my life.Jogging is a great way to exercise our bodies,i am ready to do it tomorrow. :D

No,I have not got the time. I'm so busy lately and I forgot to do my exercise. Anyways I will just do it maybe tomorrow. I hope i wont forget it anymore.

Yes,we are always busy. But how many time can it take to do some exercises? I think being busy is just our excuses. So,no more excuses ,let's exercise today. :)

Yes, everyday in the morning before breakfast I take some exercises. It keeps me fresh and healthy for the day. It's my habit to take some exercise before doing anything in the morning. The particular exercises fit for me was prescribed by an expert of yoga. I have continuing it since 15 years and you will not believe it that till date I will not take any medicine. I have one request to every person, please allot only 15 minutes in the morning/evening for yoga definitely under an expert of yoga. You will be able to save a huge amount of money from medical bills. My motto is live healthy with others. You should respect my motto to creat a healthy and strengthy world leaving the today's polluted earth. Thanks.

Wow,thanks for your sharing buddha. Yoga is so popular in my country now,i believe it indeed can keep us healthy. Actually,I like working out very much,it is a good relaxation from stressful work. The most common exercise I do is push-up,because I can do it anywhere and anytime. Wish you always healthy and happy. :)

hello there! yeah, i had my day's share of sweating out.. i walked 3 block away to do some medical procedure, well, routinary medical laboratory procedures required by the company..i wanted to burn some calories in the process so i just walked to the lab instead of riding...

Good for you. I wish i had that much time and passion to do that. I used to exercise a lot,but i couldn't stick to it for a long time. I don't remember when was the last time i jogged. I think i should make a exercise schedule now.

No.. and thanks for reminding me. I need to get in a routine of doing more exercise, I have to get in shape and stay that way. I have a bad habit of exercising every day and losing weight and then getting off the wagon so to speak..

Indeed,we should exercise more ,then we can be more energetic to do our jobs well. Health ,i think ,is more important than anything else in our lives,so ,do exercises,keep healthy,from now on.

Not too much exercise today, but tomorrow i'm heading to the gym. Last week i burnt almost 900 calories on the elliptical! Lets see how i do this week!

Go to the gym is a good choice to build a strong body,i like to go to the gym too,but i am just a little busy,so------forget it. Ok,anyway ,i decide to do some exercises from now on,after commenting these responses,i am going to do some push-ups on my bed. lol

Hey,friend,it wouldn't take you much time to do some exercises,just do it ,for your health. Everyone says they are busy,but i don't believe that they can be so busy that they don't even have a few minutes'spare time to jog for a while. lol Have a nice day.

I'll be going to workout at our gym today. This is an everyday thing, so it kind of doesn't matter how long I sit doing something, as long as I know I'm going to workout later.

We have been trying to play at least 9 holes of golf a couple of times a week. We did not play today because there was a tournament going on at the country club and it was closed to those who weren't playing in the tourney. So instead, Lauren and I went grocery shopping, and then came home and fixed dinner for her boyfriend and his mother who came and celebrated her birthday with her dad and I. She will be 19 this Thursday.

I have been out of it quie some time now. I use to do some stretches before but, after a few days, I eventually continued with my computer routine. Luckily, I was able to decide to start on simple exercises so that I wouldn't feel bad about spending to much on the computer. I use the skipping rope at home and only stop at particular times, say when there is a commercial would I only start using it and stop when the show that my family is watching starts again. (^_^ )

LOL I am in the same boat as you. I drop my older 2 at school at 7am come home and stay on my computer til about 10am (til my little one wakes up). I call it me time. Today, no I did not exercise, but I found the P90X video online, so I take my computer with me and follow the video. So I can still be online and exercise at the same time. LOL

Yeah I walked today...kind of boring but I have to get up and move or else I feel like a slug. I will try to do some weights when i get home as well..makes me feel like I've accomplished something when I workout a little.

Yes I did excercise today. I walk about 5 minutes to my gym and then I go on the treadmill for about 45 minutes. Ive just started getting back into it so Im starting out slow. I try to run everyday and about 3 times a week I encorporate some weights. Ive been on track now for 2 wks. Woohoo, go me lol.

Hello friend. I sat at my laptop after getting up till ten in the morning. Then I stayed working in the office till almost seven in the evening and came back home to have my dinner. I did not exercise today, but I stood up to walk around when feeling tired on the back and neck. I agree that it is not good at all for us net surfers to sit all day long at either our office table or laptops without having enough exercises. I only walk as my way of doing exercise though. I used to exercise everyday to keep myself fit and healthy.But ever since i entered college i began to reduce that routine of mine to exercising the most 4 times a week.That didn't give much impact to me until when i got myself a part time job and finally i have no time for myself and i only manage to exercise during the weekends and that really affects me a lot.My weight increased tremendously and i am kinda plump now and i want to plan for a healthy lifestyle i am sure i am going back to jog everyday no matter if it just half an hour.TO be healthy is more important than having the money but sick.

doing some exercise everyday is very good for our health, but if u do it over it would be a problem (for example : getting injured). So do it carefully and warming up before u begin to do exercise. I do exercise everymorning, and if i can't do it in the morning, i do it in the afternoon. And still u have to consume more vitamins and milk.

No, I have not did my exercise today. I have been trying to but when I make a dicission to start something always come up. I do admit that I have cut way back on my eating but that still had not gotten me up and out of my chair in the morning. Usuall I get up make my pot of coffe then I sit down in front of my lap to and try to decide what I am planning on doing for the day. I end up doing a little crocheting, a little house work and a little studing. But usually end back up here on the computer. lol. I think that it can get addicting and it is very hard to break the routine. lol and it is showing it on my backside, if you know what I mean. Today I am going to look at that new exercise game that just come out for the wii and see if that is something that might get me interested.

I've not really done much exercise in years - I go sailing a bit, but only once or twice a month. I got myself a bike though - or rather got my old bike and put new tires and brakes and stuff on it. THe plan was to ride to work which is about 8 miles from my house. Takes me a little under an hour at the moment which I don't think is too slow, but I hope to get quicker. Last week I did it 3 times, but by the 4th day I was too knackered to do it again. I hope to try it again tomorrw. Saves loads of dosh on petrol as well!
