My life is falling apart, and I'm scared.

I'm forty-five years old, and I'm single. I'm living with my mom, who is eighty-two, so that I can take care of her. Last year, to supplement my income, I started a home business with Tastefully Simple. My dream, however, is to be a successful science fiction author. I've been writing and self publishing for years, and my books have been selling, slowly. The problem is, about a year ago, my mom got ovarian cancer, and I needed to take off work to take care of her. Thanks be to God, the cancer was self contained, and was completely removed, with no further treatment needed. But she has other health problems. Well, I quit my job and have been relying on my home based business to make ends meet. But between the medical bills and regular monthly bills, plus the slowness in business, making ends meet will be nearly impossible this month, unless by some miracle, my business takes off, or my books suddenly start selling. And to make matters worse, if I don't have at least another 238 dollars in sales by the end of the month, Tastefully Simple will revoke my business. HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP! I need prayers!
