Best response make you earn more?

Yes you do earn more if you get a best response. It is not clear the exact amount you will gain for a best response but you will get a certain amount more. You will also get more money if your comment is rated positive by a lot of mylotters. So post good quality content on mylot and you will rewarded well. Happy Mylotting

You probably won't earn much more but you will earn a few cents more probably if your response will be the best rated. Mylot doesn't like to tell us exactly how much we earn :p

I am relatively new here also, only a couple of months on mylot. I have recieved maybe 10 best responses and really haven't noticed any difference in my earnings. But it is a little difficult to figure out the earnings system. I just answer discussions to the best of my knowledge and hope for the best! I used to really be concerned with the rating and earning system. Now I am here more for fun than the money.

Hello, pratheep87! Well, when I receive a best response, I noticed that my earnings increase by some cents even it is not yet the time for updating earnings. It means that having best responses can help to increase earnings here. You will notice that thing too when you receive a best response. Happy mylotting!

I have over 20 best responses. I never really expected that to happen either. I just post the way I feel, and it seems a lot of my responses have come out on top. I do think though by getting a best response, we do earn more, however, I am not really sure about that. Others that have been here longer might know. It does make sense though that a best response would be rewarded with better earnings. You know though, I am here to have fun, and when I get a best response, it really makes me feel good, that someone would think enough of my post to reward it with best response. Yes, it could help you to earn. Even the myLot reputation have a contribution to help you earn. When you are marked as a best response, be proud of your self because your the one gave the best answer that the topic starter wants to have. It'll help you to increase your earnings but not as big as you think. It is just a cent, i think it varies. But a little earning really help a lot. For an example, you had posted 50 responses and you are marked as the best response, you get paid .03 for every best response, then you got 50 x .03 = 1.5usd . Did you got my explanation clearly? So keep on posting and aim to be the 'best response'.
