Do You Believe......

A Psychological study came out a few years ago showing people regret the things they didnt do more than the things they did do. One of the reasons we miss opportunities is, even if we do know what we want, we get overwhelmed and sidetracked by thoughts of what it takes to get there. Today, especially with the internet there's no real excuse as "I dont know how I am going to do it" Do you believe that if you just claim what you want to know and you will find a way. What gets you to choose action over inaction to make sure you get it done?

Don't let anything or any body to stand in your way I did and I don't want you to miss out. The older you get the smaller the window of opportunity. I wished I would of taken a lot of opportunities. I can only wish that I took advantage while I was younger. Now I have nothing to show for all the reasons I put off these opportunities.

tam . . do you mean you have nothing to show in a materialitic manor? Something tells me you are speaking in those terms but really not . .make any sense? if it doesnt . .well ignore it I have let people stand in my way like you but it was really my choice to let them do so. .. I know if I really want/wanted something then nothing and no one could stop me. The window may be smaller as we get older it is true, but there is still an opening .. there is always an opening unless you are 6 feet under . . do not wait for ideal circumstances nor the best opportunities~ for they will never come .. ..... You . . with the big beautiful star with a 6 right there in the middle . . . have every advantage to go for what you want . . .and right here I think you are stepping in the right direction in finding what it is and how to get what you want Happy Days

Forty is way too young to hang your head. One thing I do whenever I read a good book is to look at the profile of the writer. I noticed something I find encouraging. A lot of writers especially men never really got going in their novel writing career until they were past the age of forty. My oldest son and I both aspire to profit from writing. My personal body of experience gives me a huge advantage over him.
