A friend of mine never actually work for anybody. He always be a short - term worker type of person. So, right now he still living under his mom's roof, and he still asking his mom for money. He tried to start a business of his own. He created websites, and hoping that he would become a millionaire like those success story we heard from the magazine. Although he work tirelessly on his website, he didn't make much money from advertising yet. But, his mom has to keep on support him with money for his dream to come true. Do think that he should go out there look for a real job? And at the sparetime, he can continue to pursue his dream?

Wow! This is a hard one. I guess it depends on how old he is. You hate to shatter someones dreams, especially if they are still young, however, at some point they have to realize that "what happens when mom is not around". He does have to rely on his own income as well. Perhaps suggest him finding a part-time job while he continues to work on his dream of being self-employed. That way he has his own income coming in while still pursuing his dream.

I say absolutely but the unfortunate part is he is trying to look at a time where jobs are very short. My suggestion is for him to make a great resume with all of his entrepenurial aspects. If he has tried so many businesses and he is good at the computer than alot of start up companies may be looking for someone like him. He should brush up his assets. He needs to really know that there is a time to try your own buisiness on line and there is a time to buckle down and make real money WHILE you develop a plan to escape the outside job market. As we all know it takes time and money to make it out there on line. Good luck to him! Don't ever lose that passion. That is what makes true millionaires.
