Ways to lose weigh while eating more

Hi guys, I have read a very informative magazine and I've read something about losing weight. Aside from doing some regular exercises and all, here are the stuff that I learned: 1. Skipping meals will not help you lose weight 'coz it will lead you to crave for more food. 2. Eating 5x a day will help you lose weight. How? You need to divide an ORDINARY meal to five and eat 7am then 10am, 12nn, 3pm and then dinner... Our tummy easily metabolize food if it is not too much! 3. In support to No.2, you need to eat watery fruits like water melon, or melon while eating. You'll gonna be full fast! 4. After you eat dinner, don't sleep immediately... Wait at least 1 hour or more before you sleep. 5. Eat food rich in protein, specially when you goes to gym. Protein helps build muscles.. not fat! It will help you to have curves... lol 6. Sleep at least 7 hrs... Proper sleep helps you to have a good metabolism. But if you have some more to add, please feel free to share. Many will be benefited! Enjoy life! Have a healthy lifestyle! Thisis an intersting question. The first step to control diet is to cut down on your eating. I agree that skipping food is not good for health. You can also go for exercises and walk in the morning. It will help a lot. Include salads and food with low calories. A dietician can help you with this.
