hello there everyone.... we all need to sleep. sleeping makes our body rest/relax and regain strength.Babies have a lot of sleeping hours(just do not know how many hours they sleep)teenagers, adult and old ones..... we all have different sleeping schedules.some sleep as early as 8pm and some sleep as late as dawn... you? what time do you usually sleep? please indicate if you are an adult, teenager or older... have a nice day ahead of you....

for the past two weeks i've been sleeping at 7am, right after my kids have gone to school.. i stay awake the whole evening, so i can watch the time, i have to cook for their breakfast and their packed lunch too. last year they were always late in waking up, so this year i made it a point to not let wake up late. i still try to get my 8 hours of sleep even if i sleep in the mornings and stay up late in the evenings.

I'm an adult in my fifty's and I usually sleep about 7-8 hours a night. I go to sleep about 1am and will be up by 8 or 9 depending on how well I slept the night.

If I go to sleep at 1:00am I'm usually up between 8 and 9. With that much sleep I don't get sleepy during the day.

An old lady like me (i'm 39years old) don't really need much sleep. I will usually sleep at around 10 -11 pm (to have some quiet time alone to read books or watch dvd without being disturbed by my kids) and wake up at about 6:10am in the morning.

I am 20 years old and I don't have schedules when it comes to sleeping at night. It depends if I feel sleepy and tired I will go to bed no matter what time. But sometimes I used to take a long nap in the afternoon that's why sometimes I go to bed late at night. And if I have something important to do tomorrow or the next day I will go to bed early so I will wake up early.

Hello bhabytart, I can get away as little as 2 hours of sleep and still function alright but if I get only 2 hours I will crash out faster when I go to bed. When I stopped smoking I was so stressed out from lack of nicotine I got 2 hours a night for 2 weeks. Now I get about 6 hours a night unless I am recovering from a cold or flu then I will sleep all day long until I am better. I am an adult. If I sleep longer than 7 hours I feel like I am in a fog and won't come out of it until the evening just before I need to go to bed.

I sleep at an incredibly late hour. Probably because at the moment I'm still in the midst of applying for a new job and I'm trying to earn online. I guess it will change once I get employed.

I'm a teenage and recently this summer, I go to bed about pass twelve dawn almost 1 am and I wake up 9 am or 10am sometimes 10:30. During school days, I usually go to bed around 9-10 pm and wake up 6 am. Basing from what I've observed, If I can't reach 8 hours of sleep, I experienced mild headaches, sometimes I can't concentrate learning in school, the pores in my face opens more, my menstruation is sticky, and dry skin. It's really important to have enough rest and sleep. It's like charging your cell phone.

I usually sleep around 3am. I would just spend my entire night right in front of the computer. Sometimes to chat, watch movies, surf, myLot and many more. Working with computers just don't make me sleepy. lol! I have read somewhere that for an average adult, 5 hours of sleep would be enough. I'm getting 5 hours of sleep so i guess i'm doing fine. hehe..

hello there jennagirl... Yes i do agree with you! it is the quality of sleep. there are a lot of people who sleep but are not relax... and studies have proven this things really happen to other people. if i remember it right one friend told me that snoring and a sudden jolt when sleeping shows that a person is bothered even sleeping. a nice nap is better than a bothered sleep. have a nice day...

I dont feel as young as i did before. I use to hate sleep and all i really needed was4hrs and ill he up and ready. Now i see myself need my full8 just to operateva fullday. I think if u sleep younger u can grow taller and be more healthy when ur young it is imortant to speep for growth. When u older it is just all for energy purposes

I'm 19 and during the summer I get 8 hours of sleep. I usually fall asleep anywhere from 1-2am and sleep until 10am. When I have school I fall asleep around 11-12 and wake up at 7am for my classes. It always feels like I can never get enough sleep though!
