do you have freckles? what to do about it?

hello mylotters...
i have a friend who have this problem. she has freckles and she's thinking what's the best possible way to get rid of it..i can't advise her anything coz i don't have it, is there anything that she can do about it? where did people get it?
how about you? do you also have the same problem like her? what did you do?

Hiya,
to the best of my knowledge there isn't a lot you can do once you have them but you can prevent more appearing by avoiding the harmful rays of sun. Don't wear any less the F50 sun cream, always wear a hat with a peak to protect your face. Try not to be in the sun at its hottest points of the day between 11 and 3. You probably know most of this already. Freckles are normally a symptom of sun damaged skin for those who are very fair or sensitive - they can often turn into moles which is why you should protect your skin whenever you can x
