Do you think summer is a good season to lose weight

I do put on much weight these days. I am so upset about it and decided to lose them. Someone told me summer is a good time to lose weight. Because it is hot in summer and you don't want to eat more and will also drink lot water too. Do you think so? Have you lose weight successfully, please give me some tips.

Indeed, summer is the best time to lose weight. Because of following factors: fistly, it is hot in summer so you will sweat which can help you to get rid of some fat. secondly, it is so convinient to take a bath in summer that you can take as much excersises as you want, the best way to lose weight in my opinion. the last, as you stated in summer due to the high temperature you would eat less which also can help you to keep fat away from you. In summer, do enjoy the sports and eat less fat and sugar you will definitely keep your weight in control.

Maybe it's a good time for most people to lose weight in summer,but I made it in winter,for the weather is so cold that our body needs more energy,if you can keep your diet as before rather than eating more,and you will lose weight.

I think summer is a good season to lose weight,every summer i will lose some weight,i think maybe the weather is too hot so i dont want to eat as much as winter,bu my bodily form is slender or too thin.I think it is beacuse my eating habit,i tend to eat small ,frequent meals ,that will avoid soak too much lipid and heat.

Hi mjanne, I don't think summer is a good season to lose weight. For it is so hot I always feel tired and don't want to do exercises. In my view, doing exercises is the main method to lose weight. Food control is not a good way for it may harm your health.

I think I always pick the summer as a good weight loss season because I know I won't be as busy as the rest of the year so I'll finally have time to concentrate on eating healthy and exercising. I can't seem to actually lose weight though, but at least this summer I am getting in shape with running.

Yes, I think summer is a good reason to lose weight! Especially there are lots of pretty clothes to wear, it is no ggod to be fat to wear the pretty clothes right? And it is easier to lose weight too because it is hot and you don't need to eat all the time to keep you warm.

yes because it is so hot you dont want to cook as often and you drink more water. you can be active for longer amounts of time since the sun is out longer too.

Summer is probably the best time to lose weight as you are more inclined to get outside more in the nicer weather. You also tend to drink more water which fills you up faster and makes you not want to eat so much food. It's like our bodies go into hibernation mode once the cold weather hits...it's one of the things I don't like about winter as in the colder weather I only go out if it's necessary. Now that it has warmed up my kids and I are outside all the time (unless it's raining). I get to chase them around outside until they are exhausted and I get a workout in the process ;)

I do agree with you. Summer is a good season to lose weight.Besides, doing some easy sports such as push-up or jump for just 5 minutes the moment you wake up every morning may speed up your haert beat,which not omly charge your body, but redouble burning calories. nutritiouos breakfast is also important for your heath.Skip breakfast is no use for losing weight,instead,those not eating breakfast usurally have higher body mass index(BMI).
