How fast does a roll of TP disappear in your house?

Geez! It was just yesterday that I put a roll on the spindle and it is almost gone. 1 day folks. I guess I wasn't expecting it to go so fast. First you see it, now you don't magic!

You are lucky if you expect a roll of toilet paper to last longer then a day in your home. My home only has two people and the occasional visitor but it goes through 2 rolls of paper a day almost. I can put a roll in there in early morning and by 12 it is gone. My husband uses enough to wash and wax a limo...we joke with him because he uses so much. So by 12 we have another roll starting to be used..we go through 48 rolls of toilet paper a month and goodness gracious if someone gets the squirts.

I buy the White Cloud double rolls, and they last a couple days at least. I usually buy a 12 pack of those every 2 weeks or so. It's $5 for the 12 pack, so that's a good deal I think. I used to buy the 24 pack of single rolls, but the kids would spill water on it or something, and the entire 24 rolls would be ruined! So I just started buying the 12 because they somehow don't get ruined as easily.

I usually have to remind the kids on a regular basis exactly how my TP they should be using... sometimes they use far too much. That could be the case for you.

Toilet paper in my house vanishes with the blink of an eye. The worst part is no one bothers to mention when we are running out most of the time, so it is always a mad dash to the store for more. I don't know what happens to it, my kids must use piles of it. As a matter of fact we are down to the last roll as we speak. I just checked as I am shopping tomorrow.

My sister had a neighbor who had 7 kids and she always kept the toilet paper and wouldn't let them have more then 5 sheets to use at a time. No matter what. I thought that a bit stingy because I myself can never use less then that and I like to be able to feel clean and wipe repeatedly to do so. But to only be able to use those 5 sheets would and is cruel especially when most but two is girls.

A roll of toilet paper last about 2-3 days in my household unless we get company and then it doesn't last as long. I like to use Charmin..I don't like the other brands very much cause it does seem we will go through them more often then with the Charmin. I do buy double rolls sometimes and they will last a little longer then the regular rolls..

I use the double roll of angel soft toilet paper. It usually depends on how many of us are at home. But it can usually last at least several days. I don't like changing the toilet paper roll daily, that is why I always get the double roll kind.

hello there.. here in our house..toilet papers were abused..lol, just kidding...but its like we changed it every three days..but we have lots of TP's in our house, 1 in my bedroom, 1 in my parents room, 1 on the bathroom on the 2nd floor of the house, 1 on the bathroom on the ground floor, 1 on the visitor's kitchen, and 1 on the main kitchen..whew..so, its like my mom buys lots of tissues for us..but the TP's in the bathroom, should be pink, coz our bathroom is pink..lol..:D

It all depends on if I have alot of cleaning to do. It usually last us quite a while because we use napkins alot. I use my papertoels for mainly cleaning glass and mirrors.

We go through TP pretty quickly around here too. Especially now that my daughter is potty trained. I swear that child is in there every hour going potty.
