I just love the 80's and of course their music. The Rock'n'Roll was incredible during that era. Anyway, of course it's a shocker now that I'm mentioning BON JOVI!!! Hehehehe... But if I have to name other artists, I'll say Whitesnake, Scorpions, Alice Cooper, Motley Crue, Poison, Van Halen, Skid Row, Cinderella, Twisted Sister, etc...!!!

Favorite would have to be Poison! But I agree with some of the others that there's waaaaaaaaaaaaay to many to list! "unskinny bop, nothing more to say!"

The 80's were the best of times for me... Music was the best then.. I loved Rush, white snake, AC/DC, Mottley Crew. and Billy Idol...The list could go on and on...

80s was great time generally. My favorite band was Dire Straits. I liked billy idol , u2 , bon jovi , police , chris rea , mike oldfield , eric clapton , eagles...

yeah, you're right, there are soooo many it's hard to name them all! but as the original poster said, firehouse was good, but i don't know anyone else who even knows who they were! :) but among the ones you mentioned, duvessa, i also loved duran duran, early u2, early prince, the cure and bon jovi!

The best band ever! - Queensryche is the most awesome band ever! Well in my opinion :)
My favorite 80's band was and still is the one and only QUEENSRYCHE! Their music seems to have the most meaning to me!
