I think that most dogs like chocolates and a small piece would do no harm to him. But if it is given in large quantity, it would require medical care. I like to give my black dog some of dark chocolate!

My dog likes it, but I don't want him to eat it because it's harmful to his health. I just give him bread and dog food that would be most helpful than chocolate. Chocolates has a content that's not necessary for our dogs, so better not to feed them any food with chocolates.

My dog eats choclates but not that much and loves Ice cream a lot. Is that going to effect his health, because sometimes he suffers from cold. Though I don't allow him to eat very often just once in a week. So I don't think it will be a problem right??

I dont give my dogs any kind of chocolate anymore. I did use to but after reading somewhere that chocolate even just a little could make dogs addicted to it and extremely jittery and nervous, I stopped. That was the advise. Well, its up to you if you give your dogs chocolate, if what little you give doesnt seem to have any effect on your dogs then thats good.
