after fired ,what will you do

i am a little tired now.maybe i will be fired one day ,cause sometime i am a new one,and i din't have much exprience,ans i still have to study more.But now i have found that our company have issued recruitment advertisement .And i am a little sorrow.i don't what can i do .and do you have some good advice.thank you.
