I have a job interview this afternoon over the phone for a Airport Security Screener. It's a small airport and there's not much action there as most travelers are local people and the aircraft are small. Does anyone have any tips or knowledge of the kind of questions they would ask in an interview? I'm going to do a Google search but hearing from experiences that members here might have would be very helpful.

Always expect the unexpected man. Think of your strengths then defend it and tell the interviewer how those strengths of yours can be very useful and important to the job. Good luck!

I did the interview and I have to say it was the best interview I ever did. In fact the two interviewers use to get real excited and cut me off in my answer and finish it for me. It was kinda strange since I really knew squat about the job but I focused on my experiences and it worked. It really did work because I was selected for a second interview, tomorrow.

Well,i only have two friends work at the airport. As for me,i have no idea or suggestion for you just in case of misleading. What i wanna know what's major and why you could be a candidate.Thinking about those twos, you could be successful half. The only half is be sure that you could get there, and confidence makes a difference!

Yeah, those two points are pretty basic to interviews. I did the interview and the general concept was included in the questioning.
