did you ever get a wrong order from a restaurant before?

Have you ever called in to order something to go in a restaurant? Probably the restaurant was too busy over the weekend, you had to wait a little bit longer than you expected. Once you pick your order, on your way home, you just discovered that you got the wrong order. What would you do? Would you call back and file a complaint, so they would give a credit? Or you call back, simply file a complaint, and never going back there? What is your choice?

Yes. I think I have got wrong order couple times eating at a restaurant before. I usualy will tell the waitress about the wrong order and most likely request to change it backto the right order because most of the time I will order something that I really want so if it doens't give me what I order, I would probably not very happy, I don't give the waitss or waitor hard time though, well, dependson their attitute anyway. I would jhust be happy to get my food and enjoy the meal with my family.

yes, it happened to me and I think its not something unusual specially as u mentioned during rush hours on weekends. I would complaint about it because I would like to have what I have ordered and it could be somebody's order who paid for it or you could have paid less or more for your order so you don't want your money to be taken and you don't want to take extra money.I think its not only the restaurant's mistake cuz sometimes orders get mixed up and usually when we pick the order and we are so angry because of waiting so we don't check it till the delivery boy already left!

The only incident I have ever had was when I ordered a meal without sour cream and when I picked it up they included the sour cream on the meal. I had to take it back as I'm allergic to dairy products and I hadn't just paid for food not to be able to eat it! They were apologetic but it was annoying having to wait for fresh food to be cooked! I've gone back there again and they recognise me now and don't screw up my order!

Everyone makes mistakes! Specially under pressure! I wouldn't make a complaint. I would just explain that you didn't get the right order. I am sure they will do everything to make it right. If they don't I wouldn't go back and I would talk to the supervisor.
