how to lose weight , when we are busy with our schedules and have regular routine works? is it possible to reduce a weight of 70 kg to 55kg? of a person of height 164 cm? how to follow good food habits? what is a balanced diet?how to have a balanced diet and what is the diet chart should be followed to reduce weight?

I don't believe in dieting alone as it makes you weak over a long period of time.. Working out with a diet is the best way to lose weight. But it's hard to find time to go to the gym, so after researching online, I bought the Bodylastics gym system. Been doing the chair ab crunch since 2 months now, results start to show up from the second week. It's a good home solution.

You eat healthier with more fruits and vegetables on your diet. I know of a regimen that will help you lose weight effectively and safely. you do not need to starve yourself but still getting the vitamins and minerals that your body needs.

I have to lose about 5 Kgs now to fit into standards to join the Air Force and I have started running in the morning. This for sure will help me lose weight and I'm sure that I can make myself more healthy that way. Healthy food is very important. One should avoid food with lots of oil and such. Apart from being unhealthy and risky to the heart they increase the fat content in the body. bourne

Exercise and diet is the best and healthy way to loose weight. For food try to have more fiber and drink more water.

It is definitely possible to lose 15 kgs. But it requires a lot of dedication. Especially if you are a foodie, you will have a tough time trying keep yourself away from food. The basic advice anyone can give you is avoid junk food, have "sugar-free" instead of sugar and eat less rice. Jog for 10-15 mins in the morning. Eat only when you're hungry. Do not overeat. Never skip breakfast and eat very less at night. About all your questions, we all might give you the answers but you can get your idea clear properly if you visit a dietician. So I am telling you to meet a nutritionist/dietician. Ask the person to make a diet chart for you(also don't forget to mention if you have any problems, like thyroid problems and all). And follow whatever he/she tells you strictly.

I have a good way to lose weight,and it will now waste your money. 1.Hold on running erery afternoon.(1.5hours) It not only lose weight,but also can strong your body. 2.Conrol your desire of food.At ninght don't eat too much.It is best not to eat at night. With this way i had lost 10kg.
