What time do you stop?

I drink coffee all the time, no matter what, I don't like sodas and water tastes funny to me. I sometimes drink tea, both hot and iced, but coffee is my drink of choice year round. I think I'm immune to it's effects after all these years. I'm a night person anyway but I can easily drink a pot ( yes I said a pot) of coffee just before bed, lay down, and fall asleep just fine. To the normal, casual coffee drinker I suppose after a certain time of day wouldn't be such a good idea to even have a cup as it could keep you awake.

I love coffee. I always have it every morning. Only time I drink it late is when I'm gonna pull an all-nighter with a friend, or girlfriend. I drink at 9 pm, and it keeps me up half the night and I sleep knocked out.

I don't have a time that I stop. Caffeine has never really affected me that way...unless I really overdo it and drink a 4-short mocha, or 4 or 5 cups from a regular pot or something, which will give me a buzz any time of the day, but I never do that. I like 3 shots of espresso in a mocha latte. LOL Just enough to taste good, but not enough to keep me awake.

Six to seven is the latest that i drink coffee. If i drink any after that, i find it difficult to sleep, and i end up working on the computer for half the night.

Drinking Coffee Actually Makes Me Bleed From the Nose . I Am having This Problem Since ChildHood ................. I Dont drink Coffee .... To Avoid Bleeding I Have Tea Instead to Avoid bleeding though i dont relish that .............. Does AnyBody have Medicine for my unusual Body reaction ......... Thank You ......

I have my last cup of coffee at 11pm at night! yep I do, I drink WAY too much coffee. I start drinking it at 7am in the morning and always have a cup in my hand, I really need to sort that out because its terrible!

I don't drink coffee, but like you I can drink soda all the way up until bedtime and not have trouble falling asleep. I have an aunt who refuses to drink anything with caffeine after 6PM because she says otherwise she cannot sleep.

My husband and I are very big coffee drinkers. Since I am pregnant I have only been able to drink decaf, plus in the morning it doesn't sit well in my stomach. But, at night we still, usually, have a cup or 2 of coffee. It has to be decaf. The older we have gotten the more the regular coffee keeps us up. We even tried the 1/2 caf coffee they have now and that keeps us up as well.

I usually wont have coffee past 5 pm. If I try to have a cup after dinner then it will keep me up. I used to be that way with Coke too but I've found that now I can have a can around dinner time and it doesn't bother me.

I no longer can drink coffee late in the day. I expect that it is the change of myu metablolism or something. I would be crawling the walls if I have coffee after one or two in the adfternoons at the latest. Nowe I have trained my self to have the last cup about midday. I usually have 3 cups in the morning and that keeps me going. When I started to cut down and out in the afternoons I got a hewadache and so knew that I was having withdraweal symptons!
