thank you card

Do people still send out thank you cards or is that just a thing of the past,because I have been to quite a number of weddings, baby showers, birthday parties etc. and over the years I have not received not one sing thank you note. So my lotters please answer me this. Are Thank you notes extinct.

We send them out depending on the occasion. If it is a gift we received from someone that we didn't get to see in person then I will send out a thank you card. I also make my kids send out thank you cards to people who they didn't get to thank in person. If it was a big celebration like a wedding, shower, big number birthday, etc. then I would also send out the thank you cards.

Thats great of you I am motivated to keep sending out my than you cards, maybe some of these people will change there ways because there is no shame in saying thank you.

I think Thank you cards are great! I love it when I receive them. It shows class and manners.

I can tell you, That I always have intentions of sending them, But... usually... I run out of time, and then it slips my mind... I am always greatful for what has been given.. and I always give a verbal thank you... I think in todays society.. its much to rushed. I would not take offense.. as I am sure they are quite greatful.
