Watching Television before go to bed

Watching TV - Watching TV for long time at night before go to bed is a bad habit.It crates mental pressure and even heart disease.

Hello guys, Do you watch TV shows for long time at night before go to bed? Then you shall have to be cautious. A group of US psychiatrists making alert and said,such habit may create obstacale in your sleeping. As a result your mental pressure can increase. Your weight may go high and even you may become a cardiac patient.Dr.Mathias Basner the researcher of Pensilvania Universlty says,to keep our body and mind fit we require sufficient sleep.

Well that certainly explains my life. The fact that I eat to much of the wrong type of food and sleep during the day has nothing to do with it at all, It's The TV's fault. I knew it all along

You please change your food habit and sleep at day time not more than a hour.If you know it all along then why are you not trying to change your habits?With best wishes:bhanusb

Interesting information. I sleep with the tv on cause i have to have some noise in order to fall asleep. I live by myself so the noise from the tv keeps me company at nite. If it is too quite at night my mind tends to wonder about every little sound I hear. I turn the volume way down through and I put the tv on a sleep timer.

I dont think I have a television craze. I dont think there is anything wrong with sleeping with the tv on if it gives someone comfort. I have no problem getting my 8 hours.

I don't quite understand what you are saying? Does it matter if you watch 10 hours of TV before you sleep as long as you get a sufficient amount of sleep? Or does TV make you not sleep as easily. I'm not sure what you asking...TV makes you fat only if you don't exercise enough.

If you have no work in day time and you have enough time for sleep then you can watch TV as long as you wish. But your remark sounds like a idle person.
