Does your dog like to swim?

My dog is very like swimming in summer,But I do not let she swim outside,she swims in the big tub,so happy she is!

The dog we have now is the first dog we have ever had that didn't swim, in fact she hates water. She thinks it's beneath her dignity to get wet.

Hey! My dog always chills by the pool with me and always tries to climb up the later LOL so sometimes I let her jump in for a fast swim . she dont seem to mind the water , but on the docks she seems scared and wont go in . If i am in and somone hands her to me then yes she would . I always wanted a water dog to play fetch with on the beach

my dog love to swim. any time we take him near water he always loves to jump in and play in the water. its funny thing to see him go crazy in the water. the one thing that I've learned is not to have a kiddie pool or any thing like it near him. we once had one and he would roll around it so much that he ended up braking one of the walls and it all spilled out.

The previous two dogs I have used to love to swim in the sea. But my current dog is fascinated by the beach. When we go on holiday she loves to run by the sea and sniff if, lick it and stuff but you know how the sea goes in and out? Well whenever it goes out and then comes back in again and gets on her paws she gets really scared all of a sudden and runs away! I don't get it, she seems to like it so much at first and then is scared of it! She has never swum in the sea either, but that doesn't suprise me as she hates getting wet! She loves her walks so much but if it is raining she will get to the end of the road and then start walking back home again lol
