Make Lenses(that is what Squidoo cals to webpages) and earn money!

Squidoo is very solid site, I wrote my 50 free things to help you earn online article through them cause of the ease of use and making a organized list.
Another way you can earn money there is, flipping lenses.
If you get your lens very high ranked, (usually in the top 100) you can sell the lens to people, and Squidoo has an option to transfer ownership of lenses. Meaning they do in fact allow it.
The only thing to be careful about, is over the top promotional articles with to many links to the same site. You can use referral links and all that, just don't put your link on the article in like a dozen places.

Do they accept Asian members as well? Have they paid you already? Do they have payout limits also? If so, how much is it?
