What do you think about poltics and music? A lot of folk music was popular during the Vietnam War. The singers wrote against the war, and people liked the songs, and also were against the war. What is your opinion?

If oil can be made to mix with water somehow why not politics with music. I have seen this time people campaigning for votes with music on or the microphone on with the shirking voice that would catch your nerve. That is right. Some songs that sparked patriotism before India's Independence are still live and are immortal ones.

hey rachael.. there are many bands which talk about politics and their current scenario and based on these facts they compile their lyrics.. the problems and shortfalls of the system is then reflected in their songs... one such rock band was "RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE"..they were very rebellious and came out with outrageous songs..but later on they split.. so i think is that music is great option when mixed with politics yielding out great results..
