Lets say that God just suddenly came to you, whichever God you'd like it to be, and you could say or do anything you wanted to with him, what would you do?

Hello Christoph56!!! At first I know that when I encounter God, he is surely going to scold me. May be box my ears for not believing in god. Ouch!!!. God is great, he understands why I don't believe in the existence of God. He himself didn't show up his presence and I would say, I am angry with you father...If god is infinite love, then why can't he love me. After that I would be asking many many questions to him on the existence of life. The main thing I would like to know from him is that, why did he biased life of many creatures, why this world runs with the law of survival of the fittest, such that one cannot really live nicely dominating the life of others. May be god has the answer ready for me... Happy mylotting...

Well I am the believer of Buddhism. And in Buddhism, there is not god. It only insists on the path to enlightenment. Those questions I just kept on imagination and wrote. I know no god is really going to come in front of me and give me the answers. The answers has to be searched within ourselves. I believe our mind or thoughts is the creator. We are the complete illusion of thoughts. I believe in this theory. This is the thing the quantum physics also convey. And this was told by Buddha in that time at the times Before Christ was born. Quantum physics gives answers for lots of our queries, but Christians hate to accept it. That's why the quantum physics in in controversy.

I've always said, that if I got to a point where I would have to believe in a religion, I would pick Buddhism as well. It really makes the most sense of all religions, and doesn't have the big empty questions that so many other religions have... my next life, I would come back as an animal that suits me perfectly, and if I lead a very good life, I'd come back as an even better human... how can you go wrong? But, I can't say I've ever heard of the quantum physics part of Buddhism... could you tell me more about that, or give me a link to where I could look it up?

Yeah, thats just the kind of thing that I'd do if God came to talk to me. I'd want to go out for coffee (he can just get a water if he actually is anti-caffeine) and I'd ask him a million questions of why on earth he set things up in such a way... why survival of the fittest is what got us here, and why he let there be different religions that hate eachother, or why some leaders can convince their people to go to war using religion as their reasoning... why did he make it so we have to breathe every few seconds, and have our heart beat all the time, and always eat and drink, or else we die? Why on earth would God put us through such a struggle? Thats what I'd be wondering about... Of course... I don't think this could actually happen... I'm an atheist, afterall.

I would ask one simple question. Who killed JFK?I mean the actual shooter And the person or persons who paid him.

I am not G-d but I know the answer to the last two questions. Bush went to iraq because Hussein wanted to kill his father and that's where the oil is. And actors get Oscara because they have been nominated years before and they didn't win. I think there should be ties in some years.there has only been one tie.I think if thee could be more ties, then you wouldn't have an actor getting a payback Oscar in the wrong year.

Now that is a very good question... and he knows everything, so he could tell you just how it happened. It would be a lot of fun to go through all sorts of conspiracies with him... who set up the destruction of the World Trade Center? Why did Bush try to take over Iraq? Why do actors win oscars for movies that aren't nearly their best work?

i think i would have to thank him for allowing me to enter heaven for one thing, and then ask him to show me mom and aunt as well.

I never said that you'd be entering Heaven, just that he would be coming up to you. Would you be upset if he said that he couldn't show you your mom and aunt?

If He just appeared, I would let Him do the talking. Maybe He has something important for me to do. I don't really have any questions that He hasn't already answered or already stated that He won't answer at this time. I would certainly thank Him that I have life and a beautiful hope of living in a new earth one day. Whatever, it would be a real honour!

The God I know and serve would never ask me to do that. But for the sake of the argument, I'm the wrong person for killing anyone. I'm not a killer even if God asked me. I can't even kill an animal unless maybe if a human life was threatened by it. So it's better He asked me to do something constructive like build an ark or something.

How about this, what if he came up to you, and told you that you had to go and kill someone? I'm just wondering because I'd like to know what kind of reaction you would have if he asked you to do something, that I don't think any of us would want to do on our own. Would you do it?

I think the first thing I would do is to run up to him and give him a huge hug.. He has been there through all of it, the good, the bad, and the ugly times in my life.. Never giving up on me, regardless of what kind of choices I made with my life.. If I was allowed one question and one question only it would be; Why wasn't my father ever in my life?

Now thats a good answer. I bet he could give you an answer to that question that would satisfy you, and he'd appreciate the happy hug that he got from you. Good response.

Thank you, From what I believe God is everyone's heavenly father... And that is only natural to want to share/show your love your your parents... Now as a parent myself, the best gift that my son can give me is a hug. Its free, but it is easily over looked for material things that evenutually brake, get lost or stolen.. Whereas a hug is a memory within my heart and nothing can take that away.

If I met God, I would ask Him to take me, including my family and friends, with Him to the His place or in heaven.

But thats just asking him to get into heaven. How would you feel if someone came up to you that you hardly knew, and wanted to spend the rest of their lives in their place? It's a bit rude, really..

The first thing I would do is shake His hand and welcome Him to the place He rented us. If He is hungry I would take Him to a good Chinese restaurant and show Him what we doing to His creations. I would treat Him well. He wouldn't have to be afraid, I would never crucify Him.

Its quite normal to meet God. Never a day goes by but we see Him in our everyday lives. All things we see, and especially those we love are God, in all His Glory. All is Energy, Energy is Love, Love is God. God's love is absolute. Absolute Love demands Absolutely Nothing. (because its absolute) All we need to do is Carry a prayer of Thanks to God, with us everyday, forever.

I can't quite say that I've seen him... I've never been able to chat with him about history, or go for coffee with him.... in fact, I don't think anyone has ever been able to do that, so it kinda takes away from the real ability to hang out, and talk about whatever you want... If God is everything... then what I'm talking about is talking to yourself, and thats kind of weird...

But God doesn't just fix things like that, he must have some reasoning for having things like the problem your father is in... thats how they show God. So you'd just thank him for your son and husband?

If I happen to meet God. I see God Everyday, I talk to God everyday. He is in every childs smile, in fresh flowers on the vine, birds chirping in the morning, the rainbow in the sky. What will I do when I meet God face to face, well mercy me says it best I can only imagine What it will be like When I walk By Your side I can only imagine What my eyes will see When Your face Is before me I can only imagine I can only imagine [Chorus]: Surrounded by Your glory, what will my heart feel Will I dance for You Jesus or in awe of You be still? Will I stand in Your presence, to my knees will I fall? Will I sing hallelujah, will I be able to speak at all? I can only imagine I can only imagine I can only imagine When that day comes When I find myself Standing in the Son I can only imagine When all I will do Is forever Forever worship You I can only imagine I can only imagine Surrounded by Your glory, what will my heart feel Will I dance for You Jesus or in awe of You be still? Will I stand in Your presence, to my knees will I fall? Will I sing hallelujah, will I be able to speak at all? I can only imagine, yeahh I can only imagine Surrounded by Your glory, what will my heart feel Will I dance for You Jesus or in awe of You be still? Will I stand in Your presence, to my knees will I fall? Will I sing hallelujah, will I be able to speak at all? Ok, well, if you can only imagine, then can you tell us how you imagine it? Would you just hang out and stare at him thinking how great he is? Wouldn't you have something to say, or ask?

The day I come face to face with God, I don't believe I will have any questions. All the answers that I had been looking for in my life will all be answered, just seeing him and being with him, will make all of it clear. I will no longer be confused about anything. There will so much love generated between God and me, that all the past will be wiped away. Just seeing him will enough to sustain me thru the rest of my life, and thereafter.

more seriously i'd probably ask him what he thought he was doing creating such a messy world. don't really see god as a personality anyway, the idea of an old man in the sky seems a bit simplistic to me - spirituality for the under 7s (that was meant to be provacative incidently)

and just dropped down to a 7 again, obviously that comment was annoying to some people

If God suddenly approached me and I could say or do anything with him, I think I would just ask him one thing. I would ask him to protect me and my family (including future generations) from the evils in this world and that we live long and die peacefully. I wouldn't trade the opportunity to live this life for anything in the world because my life is amazing but it would be nice to know that I will die old and peacefully and that all my loved ones will be safe and given the same.

Whoa, thats pretty gutsy... I mean, he didn't come there to protect you and your family forever from everything... that would make you guys superhuman, but since you're still human, your future generations may want to do evil things and end up taking over the world, maybe destroying us all! The God I'm talking about here isn't going to be giving gifts... he just wants to talk. What would you want to talk about?

I'd like the opportunity to be god for about 72 hours! Just hope I am not too blinded by religion not to recognize and seize the opportunity! Lord, please, help mine weaknesses.

Simply I will put up to him three wishes 1. Keep myself happy throughout life with a good long life. 2. Keep all others in this world to be happy with a good long life. 3. Throw out the bad things out of this world and always keep good things here. From today there should not be any bad things at all in this world. These wishes I hope will make this world pure... !!
