OK, I'm the queen of leftover remakes and casseroles, but I'd like to see if anyone here has a different idea I can try for dinner tonight using my leftovers from the fridge. Here's what I have: Baked chicken breast corn cooked brown rice white cheddar mac&cheese I also have onions, garlic, celery, and carrots that I can add to it and chicken broth and some shredded cheese too. Most likely I'll combine it all in a pot on the stove or in a casserole dish and bake it, but do you all have any better ideas?

I'd serve it cold as is. Anyone who complained would be assigned the cooking chores for a week. It is probably a good thing I never had children.

I would chop up the chicken, mix it with the rice, veggies and broth and put it in a baking dish to warm it in the oven. I would serve the mac and cheese separately because the pasta would get all mushy, which I don't like. If it's a little dry I add some milk and cheese, and that gives it new life.

I would make a chicken pasta bake or a chicken pie with macaroni cheese on the side. you could make rice patties or maybe rissotto with chicken.....good luck!

I would fry the garlic and onion in olive oil, then add the chicken chopped up to the pan. If you have some curry powder add that with the garlic and onion. Add the rice to the pan, then some of the chicken broth as a stock, and you have an all in one chicken curry. If you haven't got any curry this time it's an idea for next time you have leftovers. Hope this helps.
