why does little girls loves barbie and hello kitty?

My 2 daughters always want barbie and hello kitty they love wearing dress who's picture was hello kitty or barbie. They always want us to buy toys that's made of sanrio or mattel. And im so worried because they don't like other toys when if it's not barbie or hello kitty? I myself also loves hello kitty but when i'am a kid i'am not so picky on what toys i have.

my daughter is so not into barbies and hello kitties or any other sanrio character. she dont like dolls when she was little, in fact she was afraid of it. i had bought her many stuffed toys, but she dont really played with it, and she had received many stuffed toys too. i bought her a barbie also but it wasn't played... she's not choosy on what to wear. i think you have nothing to worry about your kids, other kids are like that too... i think its just normal.

Today,many toy company like to make cute or beautiful looking dolls or toys like barbie and hello kitty to attract kids.It is a bad scenario and will give bad impact to kids's attitude.
